WORK IN GOA ALL YEAR ROUND
Goa is a holiday destination so finding yearlong work is difficult. Locals are also hired contractually. Most jobs in Goa come from tourism, which dies down between June and September. All year work is much better paid in cities like Mumbai/delhi.
Most tourists in Goa pick up contract jobs after they arrive. There are not too many WT hosts in Goa yet but they are growing so check in the Work Search section for new updates.

WINTER
November,December and January are peak seasons in goa. All sorts of contract work is available. Popular amongst tourists is party promotions, where you are paid up to INR 1500 per day to distribute party fliers to tourists at the beach.
Another favourite job is as salesgirls in the bazaars. Indians believe they can hike up prices, and there's lesser bargaining, if there are tourists selling to other tourists for them.
Jobs as waitress's is also easily available.
Tour guiding is a popular job, taken up by many tourists from the Russian federation. You have to come early in the season to take these jobs, as they're all gone by november.
Season is from october-april. So coming at the end of September makes sense.
This way you can also pick up 2-3 jobs early on.
ATTITUDE TO FOREIGNERS WORKING IN GOA
Tourism in goa is is very old. Goans are used to all kinds of tourists. Its the other indians, who travel here that can pose a problem. Especially for girls. Many cases of eve teasing are noted. Usually tourists just ignore it. No point getting worked up on holiday. But sometimes this Indian male attention is also used by tourists to sell products at higher prices.
More or less, people are used to foreigners working in Goa, they do attract attention, and that is why theyre hired in the first place. Be prepared to turn that attention in favour.
