WORK IN MOMCHILGRAD ALL YEAR ROUND
Momchilgrad is nicknamed the city of sleeping millionaires. That being said , apart from a few small shops , several hotels and bars and general services, theres not much in the way of employment. There is seasonal field work too, but generally pays 6 euro for 12 hours brutal work!!
SEASONAL WORK IN MOMCHILGRAD
SPRING
Digging and planting, possible hospitality jobs.
SUMMER
Weeding and watering, possible hospitality jobs.
AUTUMN
Harvesting , processing , drying, digging.
WINTER
This is a time of healing, cozy days next to the fire and a lot of drinking and eating. Unless you have a JVC , a JVC licence and a lot of luck, or a bar , you wont find much in the way of employment till spring.
ATTITUDE TO FOREIGNERS WORKING IN MOMCHILGRAD
People would be mildy surprised, but if you can understand the language , friendly and amused.
