We are a couple in our late-forties & early fifties. We spent a year volunteering around Britain before settling down here in Wales. Now we run a small independent hos situated in the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, near to the spectacular coastal path. It is a remote spot and a great place to get away from the hustle and bustle of modern life. So it's the perfect place if you like the great outdoors; fantastic scenery, plant, bird and wildlife and it is an ideal location for walking, surfing, sketching and just contemplating life.

What we provide
How we work
We provide Food and Accommodation in return for 5 hours work a day 5 days a week.
The accommodation is a room in our home. It has a double bed and en-suite shower room. You are also able to use the kitchen and lounge in the hos.
We eat breakfast and lunch together in our home. We provide food for you too cook for yourselves in the hos in the evening.
We provide local & organic food where ever possible. Our diet is vegetarian plus fish. Helpers can buy and cook their own meat dishes in the hos.
