Recent Administrative Info Management (AIM) student from SAIT Polytechnic School of Business. I have 8 Microsoft Office Certifications and an IC3 Digital Literacy Certification. I am certified in Microsoft Office Outlook, Word 2010, Word Expert 2010, Excel, Excel Expert 2010, PowerPoint 2010, Publisher 2010, and Project 2010. After graduating with my AIM Diploma I did a one month Practicum with CCI Learning Solutions, a global education technology company. I learnt many new skills at my time there such as working in a CRM system, creating marketing ads via social media like Twitter and and using Hootsuite. I wrote a blog post on the site and I also created many Slide Decks using PowerPoint to showcase their products for customer leads. I am currently holding an Admin Assistant/Truck Scaling position with a Sand and Gravel company called Mainland. I have many years of customer service experience as I waitressed for two years as well as 2 years for SAIT Polytechnic Alumni and Development calling SAIT Alumni and raising money for student scholarships and funding programs. I have previous job experience working in a gym, restoration company, restaurants, call center, and construction company. I am extremely efficient in written and verbal communication and all interpersonal skills.
