The work expected is generally an average of five hours per day with one day off per week, the work ranges from vineyard work through to harvesting grapes then dancing on grapes to bottling the finished wine and taking it for sale at various markets and festivals around Canterbury. Celine does the majority of the cooking, meals can be made to preference of the worker staying with us.
