Workers Wanted for Permaculture Farm in New Mexico, USA

At the moment we are hoping to fill a few, very specific, longer-term positions. The first-- ideally at least a four-month minimum-- is for part-time farming and part-time housekeeping that would include food and a private room in the main building. The housekeeping tasks are fairly light, but helping to manage the main building is a must, and could involve helping occasional guests, workshops, or retreats. The second position or rather, positions would be another four-month minimum stay, preferably from June through September. Ideally, a couple would fill this position and live in a comfortable two-room adobe attached to our new 900' greenhouse. There is also a very rustic, plumbed space which could be developed into a kitchen. This position would be mostly farming and includes daily management of the greenhouse attached to the facility. Work could be shared between two people, but a genuine interest in small-scale, regenerative agriculture is a must.
