Workers Wanted for B&B in Northern Italy

We need to do some works in our house during all year (gardening, painting some wooden windows, etc.) so we look for someone who wants to help us or who can do these works without our help. We offer free accommodation in a flat (shared bathroom, private room for 2 people, you can use a shared kitchen, we can't provide food but there's a supermarket and many shops close to our house).
