I am looking for receptionists / bar workers. You need a good level of English and/or Portuguese and some related experience, preferably in a hostel or B&B, but could be other similar enterprises. In exchange I offer accommodation, breakfast, financial compensation and other benefits (cheap drinks, free BBQs etc.) It's a beautiful place and we've had plenty of very successful exchanges.
