HELP RUN A COOL BAR/ARTHOUSE CINEMA IN PHNOM PENH, CAMBODIA.

We are looking for at least one dynamic individual to help share the duties here. We can offer you: - A small simple very comfortable private room above the bar and movie house and in central riverside Phnom Penh. The perfect place to be located in the city. - A shared bathroom with amazing hot shower - A local meal prepared for you every evening Plus: - Ability to watch as many movies on the big screen in absolute comfort as you can handle! - A discount on all food and drink, as well as kitchen space to prepare your own meals. - Opportunities for cooking lessons and a chance to learn about the Cambodian language and culture with our fantastic staff - Flexible working times and enough time off to explore the city and rest of Cambodia. What we'd ask from you in return: - A commitment of at least 3 weeks work - Working with us weekday and weekend evenings during opening hours - Being present behind the bar to interact with our expat customers, sell tickets and maMore...ke popcorn - Running the computer system and projection equipment in our movie room - Blogging on films you watch and your experiences here - Help distributing flyers and promoting the business - Input on creating film schedules, and running the cinema You should have: - A passion for film - Outgoing chatty personality - Ability to strike up conversation with a diverse crowd of customers. This is not a job for shrinking violets. All ages, backgrounds and nationalities welcome. Good level of English is helpful, other languages an advantage.
