No AdminsWork on Yachts – Crew Hierarchy
There are a range of different work needs on yachts that have varying reporting and lines of progression. Numbers and positions will change depending on the boat and its requirements. There can sometimes be very specific roles that haven’t been listed in Working Traveller, for example a dedicated Security Officer or a Laundryman. Although there must be a clear chain of command on any vessel, all the work on yachts have a vital role to play in the smooth operation of the boat and it will be how the individuals pull together as a team that will determine how well the yacht performs. So make sure you have your profile as up to date as you can to get the best positions.
