This is a project and relationship management role - my primary responsibility within the Brand Services Team was to build and develop the high portfolio of products for the launch of After site launch I was responsible for the building and sustaining strong relationships with client partners.

This is a commercial and technical support role for both internal and external clients within an evolving technology platform business. I have adapted working procedures to meet the challenges and changes faced as Videology has grown from a startup business to a global leader in video advertising.

●       Develop and sustain strong partner relationships by proving useful data insights – identifying and capitalizing on new revenue opportunities to grow client s – increased client revenue by 51% over a quarter.

●       Work empathetically with clients to resolve difficult situations when an ad has served in a context which is not suitable for their brand.

●       Provide training to internal and external clients on new platform releases, tailoring my communication to clearly articulate how changes will impact their business specifically.

●       Work cross functionally with sales, product, operations, finance and legal teams to improve the efficiency of work flow.

Nov 2013 - June 2014   Independent travel

Travelling alone across Latin America was one of my most rewarding challenges to date. The experience developed my independence, cultural awareness, adaptability, organizational skills and my passion for travel.

This was a customer relationship role where I was responsible for the day to day management of multiple client s. Worked independently and also as part of a team with a prestigious client list to build our customer’s online presence and create engaging and personal brand journeys.

An administrative role where I was responsible for the day to day running of the office and the wellbeing of employees. Acted as the face of company, meeting and greeting clients. Offered supported to all teams with ad hoc tasks.

●       Extended my role as Office Manager and was promoted to the Management team in January - effectively organized my responsibilities and time between both roles and remained level headed under pressure.

Surfing             I fell in love with surfing on a trip to Sri Lanka, I now try to surf at least twice a year. I love being out on the water.

Travelling         I love to travel, meet new people and immerse myself in different cultures.
