I am a Romanian coffee professional woman in her 30's, a creative research person, individualistic in parts of creation, collaborative in others, with a deep sense of community.

I am on a journey dedicated to myself and my own contribution to the universe through the pursuit of a dream of smell, taste, texture and authentic cultural preferences.

I believe in one chance/ one meeting to impress and I see hospitality as a way of contributing to state of joy of small moments, but long lasting as memories.
Through coffee experiences I have learned a great deal of things and gain important skills:
