• Worked with floor plans to ensure the best fit for the furniture in clients’ projects. Created 3D Models in ArchiCAD and furniture in 2020 software. Played with materialities and finishes to satisfy clients’ home needs.

• Worked with respective building, fire, plumbing and ANSI and ADA Codes in order to create the projects. • Did schematic designs for the franchise industry, based on other similar projects located in all the US like, School of Rock, Dripbar, One Plant, etc.
• Worked with X-refs, and X-bases in order to create the complete set of architectural construction documents, starting with the AS Builts, and Bases to create from Cover Sheets to Elevations.

- Modeled in 3D residential Florida projects in order to show clients the idea of addition and renovations of the properties.
- Designed living rooms, bathrooms, and kitchens. Communicated with the sales team of the cabinets, vanities, tiles and other materials for purchases.
- Worked hand to hand with my co-worker and MEP Architect in order to resolve issues and comments of the submittals drawings plans to the different cities.

- Been able to participate in the Marketing and Branding process for a Family Restaurant located in Fort Lauderdale Florida. Worked with advertising experts and marketing strategists. Participated in the market analysis of the project.
- Worked under pressure and timelines, developing the interior design and 3D model of the restaurant. Worked with origin, roots and goals of the owners. Intervened in the food services philosophy to create a natural image aesthetics of the interior space to communicate the ideals of the brand.

- Helped for a 6 months in an Architectural Contest of a Law Building operating with the software Revit, in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
- Have been able to analyze the program and functions and used my creative and design skills to imagine the different spaces, and to choose a shape that would match the program of the building.
- Started locating the spaces, and understanding the big gap between contrasts like exterior-interior, private-public, and used my speaking skills to explain the project and to convince with this incredible idea of flow in these contrasts and movements of the future, also the idea of a future aesthetics world and with innovative materials.
