Host overview

This is an ecological project where sustainable ideas like having some space to take advantage of sunlight and ventilation, and use thermal materials like clay and wood to create a more comfortable temperature, likewise put into practice rainwater is used in landscaping services and act as catchments and infiltration of rainwater. Similarly minimizing waste and separated to use organic and composting.

There are two areas one of which is built with old adobe and tile, which was remodeled preserving its architectural features, the other area is newly built with local materials such as brick, tile and wood. The main facade is colonial, with vertical windows from floor to ceiling with two wings doors in wood, consisting of two levels, the upper floor is provided with balconies and terrace
