I'm pretty handy. If you give me some time I can get pretty much everything done. I know my way around computers as well, but I'm not an IT'er.

6) Competencies:
Organisational: file restructuring was a role I gladly accepted at two of the companies I worked for.
Teamplayer: after working hours at Bostoen, I was part of different work groups that dealt with work environment, wellbeing at work, and LEAN incorporation.
Customer & result-focused: when I was working at Bostoen, the front desk forwarded a call that was not intended for me. This meant that I had a customer on the line that was not at all interested in a renovation. Instead of just referring her back to the front desk, I made sure the lead-time was as short as possible and the customer had an answer to her question, which resulted in a satisfied customer.
Studious: one of my biggest personal work points is the fact that I still have to learn that I can not know or do everything.
Flexible & stress resistant: Lafaut had a calmer period in calculation during my time there, so I had the opportunity to be the project manager for a project I had already calculated. This of course without neglecting my day-to-day tasks.
At Bostoen, I was part of a pilot project, which meant that our three-person renovation team had to learn to be a self-steering team. To do so, I chose to take on the following roles: administration (orders, price negotiations, leading meetings, making contracts, etc.), calculation (estimations, calculations, follow-up checks after the projects were finished, and maintenance of my self-designed/written calculation program), and communication (being the liaison between interior, sales, marketing & management)
Social: I have a healthy social life that energizes me so that I can handle the hustle and bustle of a long day at work.
Listening skills: at all my previous jobs, I was always a point of for my colleagues for work or non-work related conversations.
