Work Experience –
I am currently employed at The Woodborough where I am a Sous chef and sometimes a barman, I love to cook and to learn new things and hopefully I can do that when travelling.
I was previously employed at Mendip Spring Golf Club where i worked as a waiter, Kitchen porter, buggy driver and barman. As this was a high end job I have learnt over the years that punctuality is key and i have never forgotten it i also have learnt that service with a smile is critical and so I do this wherever I go. I am a great believer in earning your money and for that reason i am never out of a job. The roles which i listed earlier all have one thing in common, they all need to be taken seriously, i enjoy having fun but i believe this should be saved for after work.

I have had several awards in which leadership has taken a huge role, such as the Junior sports leadership award and my level 2 Swimming instructor award.
Skills –
I would definiy consider myself as a people person, knowing intermediate French language as well as knowing basic European language, (Portuguese, Spanish, and German).
I currently hold a clean driving license where i have never had any points and have never received a speeding ticket. I take driving very seriously and always try my upmost to look professional.

About Me
I am a bubbly person with a huge personality, always smiling and wanting to make others life, I have been called the life of the party once or twice in my years.
My current hobbies involve surfing, water-skiing, running and basically anything where I can get a rush of adrenaline as that is what I am always looking for. My favourite experience has to be either bungee jumping off of Victoria falls in Zimbabwe, or Great white shark cage diving in South Africa.
I am currently reading a book called; around the world in 50 years which is truly inspiring.
I love a range of music but my favourite genre has to be acoustic or alternative.
The way I see it, I can either get a fulltime job in the country I live in now and have a small chance of travelling in the future, or I travel now and enjoy my life to the absolute full!
