 Provided 24/7 on-call troubleshooting support, proactive monitoring as well as research and analysis of new and existing applications, systems and other related technologies.
 Set up, configured, and maintained over 1200 PCs/Laptops and 90 servers, including Domain Controllers, SQL Database Servers, Backup Servers, File Servers, Print Servers and RightFax Servers.
 Demoed new releases of Microsoft Outlook 2007, 2010, Microsoft Office 2010, Microsoft Windows Vista, 7, Google Postini, Rackspace , ZixMail encryption and documented performance data.
