Work experience
Kitchen Assisstant (Travel and Hospitality Establishment) Performing a range of dining room duties such as: -ensuring that the hot and cold drink dispensers are well stocked, wine is available and that the breakfast buffet, sandwich bar and food is plentiful and well presented throughout the duration of the service. -keeping the floor tidy and tables clean as guests leave and ensuring that each one has a relaxed and pleasant dining experience from the day of their arrival until the day of their departure. -dressing the dining room for 'French Nights', special occasions and staff events. -responding promptly and professionally to customer queries and informing them of the allergens in the food and offering them alternative meals when requested that are more suited to their dietary requirements.
I have recently received a promotion and earned the title as a 'Team Leader', the duties performed are the same as the ones listed above, in addition to guiding and supporting a team of 'Catering Assistant's'.

One of my life's passions is to travel and in the future, I aspire to undertake Cabin Crew training in hope that I become a flight attendant so that I am able to earn a living whilst continuing to do what I love, travel!
