Summer Camp Counsellor- Camp Birchwood for girls - Minnesota, North America June 3rd 2015 –August 9th 2015

I had sole responsibility for the care and safety of 11 children and ran activities independently for groups of 20. I set a good example for campers in all areas, including cleanliness, punctuality, clean-up chores, rules and sportsmanship. I also encouraged the respect for personal property, camp equipment and facilities. I developed skills in management, organisation and teamwork as I was keeping a group of young and lively children to strict and busy timetables each day. I had acquired self-discipline as I worked 24 hour shifts over the long summer period, honing my ability to work hard and consistently. My initiative was also required to entertain children outside of their daily scheduled activities. Upon completion of working at Camp Birchwood I had 30 days left on my J1 visa which I used to independently travel Eastern America where I stayed in hoss in different states and connected with many people from all over different sides of the world.

Stilt-walker/Performance specialist Couture - Staffordshire March 2013-Sept 2014

Insured by 'Rees Astley Performing Arts' I was responsible for confidently entertaining and interacting with the public and personal appearances by celebrities from popular evision programmes. Stilt-walking (a performing technique) I have learnt outside of work primly to use to help promote and sell during working hours. During my time here I became confident with dealing with difficult customers and providing excellent customer service whatever the circumstance.

Fashion Assistant H&M -ford Sept 2011-June 2013
Duties Included:
•Guiding customers to assist them making purchase decisions
•Involved in stock control and management
•Working within established guidelines, particularly with H&M brands
•Responsible for visual presentation •Cash handling and completing transactions, refunds and stock loss.
•Working towards targets and incentives

Fashion Advisor River Island -ford Nov 2010 – Aug 2011
Hired as a Christmas temp and upon completion was offered an 8 hour permanent contract.
Duties Included:
•Involved in stock control and management
•Receiving and storing the delivery of large amounts of stock
•Dealing with customer refunds
•Giving advice and guidance on product selection to customers
•Being responsible for processing cash and card payments
•Responsible for security within the store

I also have temporary hospitality experience in CASA Bar and Restaurant, COUTURE, V FESTIVAL STAFFORD for Flair Events.
