Hi i have been in the service ans hospitality business since the age of 13. I have done just about everything in the kitchen from salads to managing. I have also worked extensively in the front of house as well. I am deeply passionate about food and hospitality.

I have worked as a pantry chef, fry cook, grill cook, flat top cook and sous chef. For the past 2 years I was night manager (dinner) at my resteraunt. I have also worked as a host, busboy, food runner, expediter, server, as well as some time bartending. I have only really worked in Americana resteraunts but am passionate about learning what ever I can about the local food, and am a quick study. I am very experienced in high volume and high pressure kitchens. I remain calm under pressure and support the rest of my workers to get through a rush in the best possible manner. I am a hard worker and enjoy work, when I have nothing to do I will find something to do that's productive. I have also worked as a laborer and a Gardner, so if there is no work in the kitchen I will do whatever else you offer. Baker point to a up for negotiation.
