Exceptional writer, social networker, former journalist, US-trained lawyer, one-time waitress, with top-notch academic background, who loves teaching (and learning), mentoring, adventure, and being generally useful. I am looking to ditch the 9-to-5 life to work (and write) my way around the world. About Me

I am a cheerful workaholic who has spent most of my adult life devoted to work -- at daily newspapers in three different states, in corporate communications, as a lawyer for one of the top law firms in the world, as a prosecutor and a public servant. I love working, but it's time for me focus less on the career (which has been great) and more on life. But, I get restless when I am not productive, so my goal is to work my way around the world. Outside of work, I love running, sailing, exploring cities, reading, and the occasional yoga class.
