Nothing has been impossible for me once I put my mind to it. I've worked in kitchens for 8 years. I chose to also work second jobs in different areas during this time such as serving, bartending and batista.
Pastry and desserts is where my passion lies, I live to create new experiences for people but also pay homage to the traditional and classical dishes.
