Lawyers Knit & Co., Delhi Office, 8th June to 4th July 2015
• Worked closely on the case of AOR Association & Ors. v. UOI, the National Judicial Appointment Commission (NJAC) matter. Assisted in research and drafting opinions on the same.
• Worked on Sick Companies Act, 1985 and drafted opinions on registration/deregistration under SICA.
• Assisted in research and drafting of a Special Leave Petition pertaining to grant of Anticipatory Bail in the Supreme Court.

Khaitan & Co., Mumbai Office, 2nd March to 20th March 2015
• Worked under the Mergers and Accusations team.
• Prepared a brief note on the new SEBI Insider Trading Regulations, 2015, highlighting the changes made on the basis of the committee report on Insider trading regulations.
• Also assisted the real estate team in due diligence on licenses for a Ho Chain.

Poovayya & Co., Delhi Office, 1st December to 27th December 2014
• Assisted in research and drafting of opinions in the case of Shreya Singhal & Ors. v. UOI, the matter pertaining to constitutional validity of section 66-A of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules pertaining thereto.
• Drafted opinions and responses on various matters pertaining to (i) Delhi Shops and Establishment act (ii) Right to Information Act (iii) Companies Act, 2013.
• Drafted opinions on trademark infringement matters.
• Assisted in preparing a plaint for a Labor Court matter and attended hearing for the same before the Labor Commissioner, South Delhi.

Interned with Hon’ble Justice L Narsimha Reddy, Andhra Pradesh High Court, 25th November to 13th December 2013
• Followed court proceedings on matters related to Company law, Property law and Family law.
• Researched on Companies Act and the Transfer of Property Act, 1882.
• Worked under the mentorship of Hon’ble Justice Reddy on a regular basis.
