I had been working for the international charity, Free The Children, as a Youth Coordinator for two years and was asked to transition into the role of Corporate Engagement Manager for Free The Children's partner organization, Me to We. I engage companies to travel with Me to We as part of their employee engagement programming. We arrange trips to Kenya, India and Ecuador. In the last year, I have also been the guide and facilitator on three of these trips to ensure a seamless experience for our guests. I have been able to build a robust pipeline with a 75% retention rate.

Corporate Engagement Manager

• Responsible for fulfilling the corporate trips pipeline and actively engaging new corporate leads.
• Managing relationships for all of the Me to We trips’ corporate s, ensuring a very personal customer service experience that has resulted in maximized retention.

About Me

Hi there,

My name is Sarah Richard and I am currently living and working professionally in Toronto, Canada. I studied International Development at University and have been working in that field for three years. I have had the amazing opportunity to travel for work but am looking to live and work in another country for at least a year before I turn 30. I am an avid reader and read any and all genres with my favourites being: Shantaram, The God of Small Things, and Johnny Got His Gun. I also love film and am currently pursuing a certificate in video production.
