Position: Assistant Sales Manager.
The challenge: Recommended by the general manager to be promoted to this challenging high volume sales position, and assisted him in successfully running and improving the overall Duty free performance.

• Assisting the General Sales Manager in supervising the duty-free sales (over 600 staff).
• Reorganized the shift system to include 5 new schedules with 3 overlapping shifts during peak sale hours, thereby increasing staff efficiency.

The challenge: Recommended by the ministry's HR Manager, given my proven work experience, to participate in preparing 3 presentations crucial to their work in the field of the marble and granite industry necessary.
Key accomplishments:
• Completed 3 effective presentations, 2 of which were presented to the Prime Minster, while the third was presented to the President during his annual review of the ministry's overall work and projects.
• Created two different groups of templates in order to help distinguish between work presented by the Minister's office and that presented by the ministry.
• Prepared, presented, and submitted a full research report to the Research Manager, which was later included in the project's review presented to the Minister.
• Participated in creating a user-friendly research database to include the collective data for the project.
