About Me

In my quest to happiness, after leaving the fashion industry, I set out to learn about the the body, the road map to the mind and our synergy with the mystery.

Living in retreats and holistic communities around the world, from Kopan Monastary in Kathmandu Valley to Omega Institute in New York, I continuously study the art of inner peace from such masters like, His Holiness Dalai Lama, Lama Zopa Rinpoche, Thubten Gyatsu, Amma Mata Amritanandamayi, Krishna Das, Adyashanti, Pema Chodron, John of God, and many more.

Nutrition is a pivotal part of the happiness equation, by cleansing of the internal organs we can then reach subtle layers and start to shift physically, emotionally and spiritually. I cultivated my skills as a Raw Food Chef in Bali from Seeds of Life, where I understood the medicinal aspects of a plant-based cuisine. I received my Health Coach Training from The Institute for Integrative Nutrition in which I studied over 100 different diets. In the process of purification of my body and mind, I became a certified Ashtanga Yoga teacher with Radikha in Kerala, India.

I specialize in helping people move forward through obstacles and change into living evolved, elevated and expanded lives. My aim is to bring a modern and fun approach to these techniques in order to be of service.
