My skills

I have an experience to work in international companies also work with colleagues from different countries and cultures like Oracle, Microsoft and company which organize World Cup 2018. My position is Senior Ticketing Seating Configuration Specialist for FCC 2017 and FWC 2018 who responsible for:

- Base maintenance of the World Cup 2018 ticket program based on the data of stadium inspections also architectural and construction drawings and approved FIFA quotas and the Russia-2018 Organizing Committee for the preparation and holding of the FIFA 2018 FIFA World Cup,

- Analyzing and correcting the information received for making changes to the ticket program, including reconciliation and analysis of architectural and construction drawings for correctness of information provided and compliance with data of conduct stadium inspections;

- Creating of visual maps and drawings in the CAD program based on the ticket program;

- Participation in on-site inspections at various stadiums where it was required to verify compliance of provided drawings and ticket program, prepare a report for further approval of changes in system from FIFA, maintain communication with all parties involved;

- Coordination with representatives of the architectural bureau ARENA2018, representatives of the stadium and the Volunteer program, contractors performing installation work and the Organizing Committee and FIFA on readiness object, correctness and conformity of drawings and ticket program, interaction on questions and decisions of operation and use of the stadium during matches, control and regulation streaming spectators' streams, installing the required technical solutions, etc.

Previously I worked as Inside Sales - SMB Software Asset Management in Microsoft (Reserching+Audit+Technical IT+ Sales) and as Business Development Specialist/Customer Use Case Activity Coordinator (Researching+Communication+emarketing+ Project Coordinator+ Sales). I started my career as an English teacher.
