    I started training the clients that I acquired through the gyms that I had been employed by. I train them 4-5 days a week and sometimes on weekends. The genral routine is:




 


  • The client would either me or vice versa to arrange training either at there place or a gym of there choice.




  • Meet them and run through how they are feeling and go through there goals and if they’re good to go then bring on the  TRAINING!!




  • Every 4 weeks update there nutrition and training routing thus avoiding wall hitting and fatigue.

I successfully obtained employment at this leisure centre and worked 4-6 days a week which included much like every gym a mixture of early, afternoon and late shifts. I was employed as a full time fitness instructor and my duties are:


 


  • Arrive for every shift promptly as especially for early I was responsible for turning everything on such as air con, tv’s, tredmills and tv’s and also making sure the changing rooms were presentable




  • Carry out safety checks thoroughly on all gym equipment ensuring they were safe to be used




  • Carry out cleaning tasks which were in the cleaning folder so that when the member of staff commenced there shift in the afternoon they could be un burdened and could focus on carrying out what ever inductions and programmes were in the diary.
