About Me

I spend a large part of my time exploring my own love for nature and the outdoors, while also teaching and sharing my professional skills out in nature. I am an avid gardener and enjoy exploring fields of permaculture and organic growing. I am an active individual who enjoys a brisk morning walks and weekly hiking and then I also work as a volunteer on community projects facilitating therapeutic art on schools, workplace rehabilitation programs, as well as study and teach Yaun Gong (Qigong)
