Personal profile:
My main objective is to pursue a challenging position to meet my capabilities, skills, education and experience. I currently resigned from my post due to re-location from Arundel to London but now am looking for a full time permanent role. I have a strong desire to work within customer services/sales and wish to progress my career within this position. I’m an enthusiastic individual who is capable to work to the highest standards in order to present myself as a determined and committed person to a job or task given. I enjoy working in a target driven environment as it makes me feel that I am achieving what I am aiming for.

Skills profile:
• Computing – is computer literate, have good typing skills and excellent knowledge of MS Office.
• Communication – can demonstrate high levels of communication skills gained by presentations in higher education. I also have the ability to build a rapport quickly with customers and colleagues at all levels and dealing with them tactfully and diplomatically.
• Team Work – successful coursework was gained by participating in group discussions; I also have strong planning and organisation skills which enables me to have a keen eye to attention to detail.
• Problem Solving – working in previous customer based environments taught me how to solve problems under pressure in a quick, calm and efficient manner.

An event media and sales company who handle fashion shows and execute exhibitions
I handled all sales queries for stands and advertising. This was a part time position which is gave me experience in fashion.
I am now prepared to take on a more challenging role. I manage events within this company and recruit staff as well as source clients for the development of the business.

July 2012– Feb 2014; Olive & Orchids, Bar Supervisor - Sussex (Part Time)

• Supporting and helping colleagues with their work and getting involved in day-to-day activities as and when required.
• Managing a team of more 15 people in the bar and restaurant
• Meeting Sales and targets, verifying sales and identification, creating leads for events and charity work.
