I am currently working and travelling on my gap year, after completing my A levels at South Wilts Grammar School (SWGS). I will continue to study Geology at Imperial College London University starting in September 2019.

Jul 2018 -Feb 2019 Receptionist The Stones Ho
Just weeks after finishing my A levels, I started working full time as a ho receptionist. My duties included taking online and e bookings, using Ho Perfect ho system, answering the e, replying to all s and site enquiries, welcoming guests to the ho, checking guests in and out, coordinating the housekeeping team, taking sales enquiries and cash and card payments both via e and in person. During the festive season my diverse skill set meant I spent time on the front of house team during functions of up to 150 people. This included full function set up, working a busy bar, serving and clearing courses and most importantly ensuring customer satisfaction.
