After many years freelancing IT and video support for a wide range of clients (including VIPs and Royalty), I’ve amassed a range of social experiences to complement my technical proficiency. I’m pro-active and learn fast, with a good social code and solutions-oriented approach. I’ve been using computers all my life and have a strong understanding across the board. I bring nearly encyclopaedic knowledge and keen understanding of how to get more out of a PC. IT support technician friends call me when they can’t solve the problem and many of my clients were highly technically proficient and so appreciated my level of problem-solving. I’m passionate about everything I do and I’m confident that I can excel in any IT role that requires creativity and adaptability. I’m also well-versed in media formats and compression, video editing and production.
