 Bedouin Moon Ho-April 2001-July 2001

Dahab, Egypt  

 Duties included dealing with bookings for the ho and dive centre.   During the busy periods, I would be dealing with handling numerous amount of queries and requests. I also dealt with any complaints made by customers about the establishment.

 Duties included working in a busy city centre nightclub in the heart of the capital as bar staff, and also doing various other jobs such as floor service, cash desk, and coat check.

 Duties included running a busy internet cafe, sorting out computer systems, booking activities in the area such as bungee jumping, sky diving, and day trips around the region, and helping customers who had any queries about using computers or the internet.

Bar Supervisor for a very busy city centre night club.  Duties included maintaining the upkeep of the stock, cash handling, serving customers, making sure everything is in order, supervising the staff, and looking after the bar.  This job also required to always make sure the needs of customers were the most important part of the role, dealing with service and also if anything went wrong in the establishment such as customer's who needed medical attention, or had lost or misplaced items such as handbags or purses.

Administrator in a temporary position for a growing Scottish airline.  Main duties included organising all crew (including flight and cabin) visas, 2nd passports, airport ID's, and handling the monthly company mobile bills.  This role was temporary, but taught me a lot about the airline industry in the short time I was there, and brought on many challenges along the way.

Communicator for a busy customer service line for Samsung mobile customers.  Duties include finding out the customers issues, taking their information, and leading them to technical advice.  This position is mainly dealing with inbound callers, with the occasional outbound calls being made at the customer's request.

Property Manager/Administrator in a busy letting agency in the city centre, managing a portfolio of approximay 200 properties.  Duties included marketing and updating our sites and social media pages, dealing with tenants and clients in person and over the e, organizing all relevant documents and certificates, and handling the financial side of the company. This job requires being able to take on different tasks all at once, and being able to prioritise is essential in this role.
