I've harvested slowly by hand and quickly using harvester equipment, which I'm skilled in repairing in the field. My ability to work well with a team has also benefited me and led to my promotion to senior farmhand at my most recent job at a small family farm.
Working on family-owned and operated farms has taught me that quality and care is as important as the quantity we produce.
