Zanzibar Revenue Authority (ZRA), Tanzania

•        Developed and executed comprehensive research plans and strategies in Zanzibar Revenue Authority, resulting in a 35% increase in data accuracy and a 40% improvement in research efficiency and revenue Collections.

•        Conducted in-depth surveys and interviews to gather primary research data, resulting in the identification of customer preferences and needs that informed ZRA’s services development and led to a 50% increase in annual Revenue

•        Supported other research teams by providing guidance and expertise, resulting in a 20% improvement in research quality and a 10% reduction in project timelines.

•        Planned Social media content, analyze Market demand and customer behavior and prepare reports and presentations.

•        Designed an automatic System for Monitoring and apprising project status thereby improving the efficiency by 20%.

•        Supervising Zanzibar regional project activities to economically empower youth with livelihood, leadership and life skills.
