Rome as we roll it (book published in 2014 June about the accessibility of Rome with wheelchair)
Dear Sir/ Madam,
I'm a 23 years old journalist, writer and marketing communicator. I would like to apply for this position. I am very enthusiastic about all the topics, which are required. I think my skills and job experiences cover hundred percently those requires. I have attached my English CV (publications and references included), but I would like to share some additional informations as well.
-I have lived in the US for a longer period, therefore English is almost like my mothertongue, I also speak German, Hungarian and Italian, therefore I could easily stay in touch and negotiate with international customers
-I have worked for several Hungarian, Italian and international journals in Rome (one of them, the Italian Insider is absoluy in British property).
-My first book was published in this June in English language, here you can read more about it: . Because of this I know Rome's zones pretty well.
-As it turns out reading the summary of my book, I have a wheelchair as an additional information. Actually it doesn't stop my to build my career, moreover it gives me some extra skills, like being sourceful, use creativity immediay, set up backup plans, being communicative, assertive with the people, and being able to convince someone. I would like to let you know (it can happen that you haven't faced this kind of situation until now, that's why I share this information, too) that as a company you can get a lot of financial support from the government and from the EU, if you find my track interesting and suitable, and you decide to hire me.
-Here in Rome I regulary hold presentations and manage discussions about accessible tourism partially in Italian and partially in English, so I have nice routine in this field as well.
I'm looking forward your kind response.
Best regards,
Mira Budafoki
