My skills
I've been working as a carpenter and constructor with my father since I was a kid. Last two years before my my travel it was a full time job. I did timberframe houses from fundaments to roof, including our own, a lot of roofs with tiles, metal tiles and also flat roof (green roof) with all kinds of insulation, mostly glass wool and of course the construction for the roof. Metal finishings for the roof as well. The walls we also prepared for the last stage for the painters but filled them with insulation. I also mounted windoows (also for the roof) and doors and I also did 13 of windows and 10 of the doors with frames and mounting by myself from scratch. Laly I was working during my travel in a eco-project in Vale da Sarvinda in Portugal, near Caslo Branco, where we built houses for eco-camping with wooden construction which we filled with straw and than cover with clay. The roof is isulated with cork and has antique tiles. I like to have free hands with how to do but aknowledgeing what the costumer wants as the end result and the result and the thing I make as a product I consider as something I stand behind. My signature. That is also why I left a few works because the people in charge went after money (doing it fast and bad) not the quality.
