One of the biggest banks in Poland, which hires over 600 employees. Bank Millennium is connected with Banco Commercial Portugues (Millennium bcp), which is also the biggest commercial bank in Portugal.

key responsibilities: take care of electronic correspondence with the clients of Bank Millennium Handling simultaneously up to 6 chats with clients and solving their issues.
