Admin Staff

• Organize all of administrative documentations and proper archive reports.


• Organize and maintain a filing system of all the admin files.


• Process and follow-up of document requirements from other government agency


• In-charge of the preparations and processing applications for PCNC accreditation, Tax exemption and compliance to : Mayor’s Permit, Fire and Sanitary certifications, BIR Annual Registration, SEC reportorial requirements and etc.


• Purchase monthly office supplies


• In-charge to plan and purchase the weekly student food based on the budget and Students’ Menu.


• Monitor, follow-up and organize all repairs and maintenance requirements and needed in the office including fire compliance equipment and materials and sanitary requirements.

• In charge of the organization, coordination and implementation of each step of the selection process: Building, Information Session, Entrance Examinations, Motivation Interviews, Social Investigation, Final Deliberation and Contract Signing.

• Lead and manage Education team in its daily operations: routine, schedules, emergencies


• Ensure the coordination within the team and with other departments to implement efficient processes and decisions with the students


• Maintain good relationships with the education partners and increase the of partners who could help us in our educational mission: community services, health care, developmental activities for students
