Duties include but not limited to:
1. Install, configure, and manage all network hardware and software and make needed upgrades and repairs.
2. Install, configure, and manage all PCs, printers, and any other IT or office equipment.
3. Analyze and isolate issues.
4. Use HP Service Manager Help Desk client software to control critical processes and resolve interactions, incidents, and problems.
5. Troubleshoot systems hardware, software, and networks and operating systems
6. ATM backup solution, image deployment and restore
7. Check EJ data on a daily basis and track issues
8. Monitor and Support ATM Machines.
9. Troubleshoot network connections, servers, PC’s, and laptops problems.
10. Secure systems by developing system access, monitoring, control, and evaluation.
11. Maintain the Institute’s data backup and restore.
12. Collect data to evaluate the network’s or system’s performance and help make the system work better and faster.
13. Train users on the proper use of hardware and software when necessary.

About Me
My name is Marwan, i am 32 years old. I was the first person in my family to attend university. I hold BA in Computer engineering. I studied in Egypt was graduated in 2007. I started working in a private company in Bethlehem as an IT Technical support for four and half years. Then in 2012 i've been offered a new challenge in Ramallah in Jordan Commercial Bank ( JCB ). So i had to move to Ramallah for the work and living. I am an IT officer in JCB. I always seek a new challenge. I am a team player and a motivated guy and i always like to learn something new.
I like swimming, riding bicycle, hiking and roller skating. I like to listen to all kind of music. For me music is my life 🙂
