I am very enthusiastic and hard working. I am very passionate about hospitality and always eager to learn more. I love working in a big team as well as leading one.

I am looking to gain further hospitality experience to combine with what I have already learned. I am especially passionate to learn more about wine and spirits as I have not been able to do this so far being mostly involved in the restaurant. I can not wait to get stuck in a busy job and get my hands dirty.

I moved to the UK 7 years ago and have since worked in hospitality in various positions. Starting of as a waiter in 2016 at THE PIG on the Beach in Dorset I worked myself up to Restaurant supervisor, than moved to reception for a couple of years as Assistant Reception Manager. In 2020 I moved to Cornwall for the opening of THE PIG at Harlyn Bay as Assistant Restaurant Manager and have now been Restaurant Manager as the same ho for the last year.
