I am looking after 5 star estate house catering for up to 30 guests. I am responsible for all year round maintenance of the house, staff training and keeping up standards. I am a part of the team looking after guests during their stay and my duties are waitressing, assisting the chef, housekeeping and helping with organisation of special events ( weddings, birthday parties).

As a member of a 10 people team in VM Department I was involved in the development of all corporate VM programs and customised programs for franchise companies. I contributed to 8 flagship store openings by managing independently a POS logistics project and being a key liaison with VM material vendors. I controlled procedures and compliance including quota administration, sample shipments, inter-department coordination etc. I also contributed to development of the new Homestyle concept. 

As a PA to a British VM specialist I helped to organise her settlement in Poland, ran her appointments diary and was acting as an interpreter during business meetings and training sessions with department stores staff. I also translated materials for VM manual for the flagship stores what helped me to gain some knowledge about VM principles.
