My current work experience has helped developed some amazing skills that have made me a valued worker. I have worked for McDonalds where I have been a crew trainer. This specific job required some forms of deligation to ensure that tomes such as during slow paced periods where things that needed to be done )wiping down tables , are getting done. Working for Mcdonalds has also shown me the importance of going the extra mile for customers, this is where the small things really count like helping a customer carry something to their table. My customer service skills and my ability to work well with others has been benificial in my work experience.
I have also been employed for the city of burlington where I have run buildings making sure that events such as basketball tournaments and birthday parties to the over all maintenance of the building are set up and running smoothly. Working for the city, I have been responsible for filling out visas as well as other various tasks requirng a good set of computer skills. This has includ making fire saftey and emergency procedure power points for new employees ensuring all information is up to date, and updating contracts for employees. Orginaizational skills have been exercised through ensuring that any events are set up and ready in a timely manner to creating a filing system for invoices.
I am a highly responsible and reliabel worker with great oral communicative skills, problem solving skills, the ability to take initiative without the help of others, and well organized while maintaining a friendly and positive work enviroment for both other employees as well as any customers. I habe a very adaptable personality for any work enviroment
