My working experience has allowed for me to develop a wide set of skills from customer service, maintenance and as well as computer skills. Past jobs have required that I am able to work independently as well as with others, be able to solve any problems that may arise with little to no supervision, maintain physical and mental endurance as well as a safe and friendly environment for any customers or co-workers that I interact with. I have an easy going personality and am highly reliable when it comes to my job and always follow through with my given responsibilities. I am highly dependable and I am able to learn at a quick pace and always have a positive attitude on and off the job.

I have a greatly professional and approachable personality and I enjoy creating an environment with good work ethic and organization while working both on my own and with a team. I have gained a wide range of problem solving skills and think well on my feet. When in a group setting I am clear at communicating and do so in a friendly manner. When dealing with customer issues and request I maintain a professional manner while considering their needs in order the best experience possible.

I have plenty of experience in organizing my time efficiently, working as an Operations Attendant for the City of Burlington. I have helped with ensuring large basketball, volleyball and badminton tournaments have run smoothly. I have worked to set up and make sure change overs for bookings inside variety buildings are done on time. Furthermore, I provide assistance to the camp groups by helping in any way they need, demonstrating my flexibility and willingness to help. I have immense knowledge and experience ensuring safety for the patrons on city property, including fire safety plans and emergency procedures ( lockdowns). I am a very adaptable employee and a fast learner. I have worked in several buildings were I was required to learn and adapt to the changing dynamics and how various employees work together. I always work to provide a positive and welcoming space where people of all ages can come in and enjoy being there. Working in Community Centers for the city of Burlington I have learned a lot about building relationships with renters, as well as with the individuals of varying age groups who come in to enjoy our programs. My tasks for the city have varied giving me desired office skills needed for an office job. While assisting my supervisor, I completed tasks such as organizing invoices and dealing with payments, creating training sessions for new employees through the use of a computer, updated required documentation as well as other office duties. With all this work allowed me to become an organized person with valuable communication, multitasking and completing all tasks rapid pace.

I have leadership abilities with experience training other staff at various places of employment including working as a crew. I have volunteered with the Best Buddies program that involve working with the youth and creating an environment that makes them feel confident to be themselves and an environment where they can express and share their interests, and hobbies, trying to make it the best experience possible. I have my First Aid and CPR, WHIMIS as well as knowledge of fire safety and emergency procedures. I am a good listener and a quick learner allowing me to lead others and get the job done successfully and efficiently. I am an excellent communicator and enjoy working with others but am also a strong, independent worker, capable of taking initiative to start new tasks. I am extremely friendly and welcoming, always providing an inclusive environment. I have experience with those with disabilities and have received a wide variety of training while working for the City of Burlington as well as McDonalds.
