Café Leader Blue Bottle Coffee The Wharf, Washington DC                                                                 December 2018-Present

n  Oversaw a café that grew in average weekly sales, average transaction sales, and stronger attachments to merchandise and culinary items

n  Decreased cost of goods sold on site through initiation of in house preparations of cold brew and a thourghout overhaul of organization and inventory

n  Structured a complete deep clean schedule and streamlined opening and closing procedures to create a more consistent working environment and a cleaner café

Lead Barista Blue Bottle Coffee Georgetown, Washington DC                                                        May 2018-December 2018

n  Established Blue Bottle’s place within the DC community working events and creating working relationships with various DC organizations including Bread for the City, Soulcycle, Sweetgreen, Eden Development, Nestle, and more

n  Drove team growth through facilitating, both with the training department and independently, hard skills assessments, cuppings, and latte art competitions

n  Facilitated a café environment geared toward service of community and transforming the Georgetown barista into a highly guest focused group

n  Initiated the DC market, opening both the Georgetown and Union Market locations, serving as a leader for the Union Market opening in addition to gaining working experience in San Francisco and New York City
