Eperiences:
6 months Teaching Internship at Cavendy English Village in Foshan, China through AIESEC. During this time I taught in 3 schools and in a training center, giving also private classes and exam preparation courses. At the end of this internship I was offered a 1 year contract with an affiliate of this training center and I remained in China for another year to teach.
Social skills:
I have developed strong interpersonal skills during the two years that I have worked as a receptionist and entertainer in a hos. My responsibilities included interacting with guests both during the time spent at the reception and outside the hos. As a result I have learned how to open myself to others, how to react to other people’s needs and how to communicate with different types of people under different circumstances. This has led to easier integration into diverse groups and more adaptability to different types of people from different cultural backgrounds, as well as the ability to maintain interpersonal relations. I have also developed my skills with diplomacy and quick reactions due to the need to resolve conflicts, complaints and unexpected situations that arise in this field.
Organizational skills:
I have a strong sense of order and discipline, which are necessary for the job of Administrator, as well as the ability to work with and inside a team. I am dependable, focused and determined when given a task due to my sense of organization and my strong sense of commitment. I have developed and improved these skills while organizing and taking part in local and national cultural or entertaining events, mostly related to my passion for Asian cultures.
Artistic skills:
During high school I was part of a theater group and took part in several local and national competitions where I was awarded prizes. I was also part of the Guitar Club. During this time I developed my artistic sense as well as my creativity, which later helped me to create and implement several events inside the hos. I also participated by singing and performing in small festivities and events that I helped to create and to organize.

Recommendations:
To Whom It May Concern:
This letter serves as a strong recommendation for Luiza Ciceu. Luiza has been an invaluable member of my team at Transylvania Hos for more than two years, and I feel confident that she is the ideal candidate for your program.
Luiza has a passion for the English language, and her hard work and studies have resulted in an extensive vocabulary, clear diction, solid understanding of grammatical rules, and an ease of speech that is uncommon among non-native speakers. In casual conversation Luiza speaks with a level of English that has fooled Americans into believing that she is a native speaker. In fact, on several occasions I have overheard an American ask her, “What state are you from?” In addition to her impressive grasp of English, she regularly demonstrates her ability to communicate ideas to speakers of diverse backgrounds, regardless of language barriers. Hos guests come from across the globe, and they do not always speak a common language. It is important to be able to understand and be understood by foreign guests with limited English abilities. Luiza demonstrates this ability on a daily basis.
Through her work at Transylvania Hos, she is expected to serve as an unofficial ambassador for Romania. Not only does she have the opportunity to expose visitors of all ages from around the world to her country, but she also facilitates first-hand experiences with the local culture with customized recommendations and touristic suggestions. Her personalized recommendations of sites of interest and hotspots in the city inspire curiosity among travelers that drives them to explore even more of the country on their own. This ability to tailor recommendations for a cultural tour to the interests of a particular traveler could be applied by selecting the most interesting topics and fascinating details to a given audience.
While working her reception shifts in the hos, Luiza is solely responsible for the safety and well being of up to 50 international guests at a time. Each guest has a different itinerary, different priorities, and different needs that all have to be coordinated. She organizes activities, answers questions, maintains a safe atmosphere, and handles emergencies when they arise, all while ensuring a positive experience for each guest.
On a personal note, I have been impressed by Luiza’s ability to bond with people from all over the world and to make everyone feel comfortable, welcome, and included in her activities. She has a naturally friendly disposition, which makes her easily approachable by children and adults alike.
If you have any questions or if I can provide any additional information please do not hesitate to
Best regards,
Iuliana Csapo

About Me

I am 25 years old and I am from Romania. I like to travel, to learn new things and experience as much as I can. I love movies, TV shows (mostly Sci-Fi, Fantasy and comedy), Japanese anime and music in general. I did theater so I like going to plays every now and then and I enjoy doing Cosplay sometimes. I enjoy taking pictures and walking around places and I do not mind just sitting in a park with a good book and reading. I usually read Fantasy books, Comic-books and Japanese manga.
