This profile is for my boyfriend Matt and I as we travel Europe. We have both worked in restaurants for many years, Matt as a cook, me as a waitress. I have done my fair share of prep and dishes also so I think we could both help in a kitchen. We also both know how to clean and Matt had a summer job cleaning dorms once. We both know how to garden and farm and pick fruit having grown up in the country. I speak Spanish OK and English is our 1st language. We have also house sat for people with everything from cats, dogs and plants to horses, cows and chickens.

Matt has worked in restaurants back of the house for 5 years and was the kitchen manager of the last placed he worked. I was a waitress for 10 years also doing catering, prep and dishes in addition to serving. I have been a emergency dispatcher for fire, ambulance and police for the last two years but I don't think that work is relevant in a non-English environment. When I was younger I house sat about 6 months of the year in addition to my regular waitressing job and took care of dogs, cats, chickens and plants / big gardens. With Matt we have house sat for his family members who also had horses, cows and chickens and picked fruit.
About Me
Matt and I need to work somewhere where we can both earn enough for us to have a bed (one shared is fine) and food so really we need somewhere that will give us a total of 4 points. We are both the same age and enjoying traveling at the moment!
Matt drinks some, me hardly at all. my hobby is knitting and we are generally quiet and easy going. Happy to talk and hang out with new people and not picky about where / what time we sleep as long as the place we are is generally clean and warm. We both love reading and listen to audio books together or just going for a hike or walking around town. We also love good food. Both making it and eating it!
