I have worked as a bartender for 10 years, I have also worked as a waitress, cleaner, tramconductor, au-pair and babysitter. I had a babysitting job for 2 years, the children were 6,8 and 13, 2 boys and a girl.
I am learning how to weld at the moment. So I can work with metal. I have also helped with alot of renovation and home diy projects with friends and family. I mostly did the sanding, painting and wallpapering.
I want to learn more about building, gardening, farming. But I would also like to learn more about running a hos or B&B.

About Me
Hi there, I am Willemke (Lilly for short), I am 26 years old and I live in the Netherlands. I will be living in the Netherlands for the next year, hoping to travel a bit here and there. After September 2017 the plan is to start travelling and working as I go.
My hobby's include reading(mostly novels), painting, welding, crafts (of all sorts), taking my dog for long walks, having coffee or beer with currently work at a cafe in Alkmaar called Aloha cafe. It's a really nice small cafe where we serve food and I also work at the organic cheese-stand at the local market every have 3 volunteer jobs at the side, one at the local pop-stage Victorie. I mostly work as a bartender there, but I jump in wherever I'm needed. I love working as a bartender, Making sure people have a nice night out or just making small talk at the bar. I also enjoy cleaning up afterwards (I can be a bit of a neatfreak ;)).My second volunteer job is writing for 'De stadsambassade' (city embassy). It is a local organisation that specializes in sustainability is all shapes and sizes. I write about sustainable projects in our city. We also try to connect people who have similar plans to make sure that everybody knows what is going on in my third volunteer job is at the Kaasfabriek (cheese-factory), don't let the name fool you it has nothing to do with making have some projects I'm working on over there, recycling plastics on a local scale, making paper bricks (for in a stove) and learning how to weld (I'm going to make my own wood-stove for a tiny house).Up until now I haven't traveled much, but that is something I am trying to change. I've been to Ireland for a month when I was 18, working as an au-pair there. I've also traveled to Prague with a friend in January of hope to see a lot more of the world in the coming years. But I would like to learn about anything from gardening to farming, from building a shed to building a house. I am also very interested in sustainability and self-sustainable am a quick learner and learning new skills is something that I am passionate about!
