Currently, I am the Customer Relationship Manager for Art Dubai where I manage, grow, and communicate with the database of VIP's, collectors and buyers, sponsors, artists, and other attendee segments who add value to our 4 yearly art and design events, exhibitors, and stakeholders. My work experience has also involved managing the databases of digital and startup events with ArabNet and that of Lebanon 2020 where we gathered Lebanese and International leaders and business figures across different industries to discuss the future of Lebanon. At Grohe AG, I was appointed as the team leader for the Customer Relationship/Database Management department for 3 years. With the European Union, I worked as the Communications and Digital Marketing Support specialist for the ambassador. 



I am a holder of an International Masters Degree in Hospitality Management from the Escuela de Alta Direccion y Administracion (EADA) from Barcelona, Spain. Moreover, I hold a Business Administration Bachelor's Degree (with emphasis in Marketing & Psychology) from the American University of Beirut. I also have a Professional Diploma in Digital Marketing at the Digital Marketing Institute in Ireland.

About Me

What drives me is having the opportunity to effectively and authentically communicate, help and lead others to realize their goals and objectives. I am interested in cultural and humanitarian activities and exchanges as a form of a healthy, rich and peaceful interaction between people. Recently, I took part in Dubai Cares volunteer globally initiative where I helped build a school in a remote village in Senegal. In 2013, I launched and managed a page "Help Roger Dahan" to collect donations, find shelter, and communicate with the media and supporters about the homeless and neglected elderly in Beirut. Moreover, I have participated in team building events for Samsung and Abbot for a coaching and consulting firm.
