Administration Assistant NHS - Oxford November 2021 to Present
• Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Book patient transport, ensuring they are able to attend their appointment.
• Check in and check out all appointments on EPR.
• Book follow up appointment as shown on the outcome form/powerchart.
• DNA and rebook patients, liaising with the consultants. • Send referrals from the GP to consultants for triage, accept or reject them once a decision has been made.

As a junior model booker I was at the forefront of the agency, responsible for supporting the booking team. The role was vey fast paced and varied from day to day :
• Build professional relationships with models, becoming their ‘go to’ during their time in the agency.
• Responsible for the daily admin tasks including; calling models up, sorting covid tests, taking digitals, visas and contracts.
• Excellent understanding of the booking system.
• Building model portfolios online and create model packages to share to various clients, having a good eye to select images.
• Responsible for organising, booking, logging and communicating (with travel company and agencies) on the logistics of all model bookings including flights, accommodation, covid tests and taxi’s etc.
• Organising any pre-job prep for models such as, haircuts or communicating specific instructions to models on the day.
Shop Assistant Waitrose & Partners - Abingdon October 2016 to September 2019
- I worked on the service counters for the full 3 years I was there, displaying my loyalty to the company. I had to always show a positive and happy side to myself, giving customers the best service i could provide. I always had my regular customers with whom I created a great bond with. I had to show good team skills, when there were busy moments in the day I would keep an eye out for anyone that was struggling and help them, reducing their work load.
